II. What interpretations did you discover in your research?

 

Exodus 7

Why did God want to harden Pharaoh’s heart?  Are there other New Testament verses that address this? (v.3)

How old were Moses and Aaron?  What does that say about retirement in ministry, if anything? (v. 7)

Is this first plague referenced in the New Testament?  Revelation particularly? (v. 17)

 

Exodus 8

Is the second plague reference in the New Testament? (v. 2)

Is the third plague referenced in the New Testament? (v. 10-13)

Is the fourth plague reference in the New Testament? (v. 21)

 

Exodus 9

Is the fifth plague referenced in the New Testament? (v. 2-3)

Is the sixth plague reference in the New Testament? (v. 9)

Is the seventh plague referenced in the New Testament? (v. 18)

What reason does God give for creating Pharaoh?  Did Pharaoh have free will in that decision? (v. 16)

 

III. What applications can we take from Exodus 7-9?
